The high boots are one of my favorite pair of shoes for colder season. This shoes really makes an outfit well structured stand out from the usual outfits we tend to wear. I am sure you tend to always go with really simple outfits because you don’t know how to wear certain items of your wardrobe. That’s why I am sharing today with you 5 ways you cannot go wrong with to wear high boots: 

1. With a knit mini dress 

A great combo is the mini dress paired with a pair of high boots. This is a nice combination that allows to show a bit of the leg while keeping it elegant. Here I am wearing a Max&Co a bimaterial mini dress that I love. The length is not too short and it makes everything well put together. 

2. With a knit dress 

A must for fall is certainly the knit dress. These dresses tend to be so elegant with a belt on top of it if we want to highlight the silhouette. When comes the idea of what to pair it with, high boots are definitely a go. High boots paired with knit dress is such a chic combo while being comfortable and warm. My knit dress here is from an old collection from Maje Paris and the quality is really good I like to wear it as such as I feel cosy but classy. 

3. Over a slim fit trousers and a tailored blazer 

Another elevated way to wear high boots is with something slim fit as you can tuck it in the boots. As this outfit tend to be really tight either add an oversized or belted tailored blazer on top. This will really take the outfit to such an elegant level. 

4. Over a skinny dark jeans

For a sleek and sophisticated look, wear your high boots over skinny dark washed jeans. This is a classic way to style high boots and works well with equestrian boots styles. Tuck your pants into the boots, allowing the boot’s shaft to create a long, lean line. This look is both comfortable and chic, making it perfect for casual outings or a day at the office.

5. Layered with a long coat

Elevate your fall outerwear by pairing high boots with a long coat. Whether it’s a trench coat, a wool coat, or a stylish wrap coat, this combination is the epitome of fall elegance. Wear your high boots underneath the coat and allow the boot’s shaft to peek out. This look is perfect for cooler days and still allows you to wear a mini dress underneath.
